County scholar's bowl winners commended

The Franklin County Times, Franklin County Board of Education, Backstreet Deli and Catering, Coca-Cola, Five Star Pizza and Vina High School sponsored the county junior high scholar's bowl tournament Friday morning.
Belgreen won the school competition, which consisted of all six junior high teams in Franklin County.
If the event is any indication of what our county's future leaders will look like, we are in good hands.
These young people demonstrate an amazing amount of character and discipline as they prepare year round for these types of events.
Each student, teacher, faculty member and parent, should be proud.
The next generation of Franklin County leaders may be the most prepared we have ever seen for the future ahead.
