BREAKING NEWS – Icy weather delays school opening Thursday

Russellville City Schools and Franklin County Schools will be opening in the morning at 9:30 am. This delayed opening is in response to the icy weather that is predicted for our area on Thursday morning. If the roads are bad, or the weather is still threatening after 9:30 a.m., a decision will be made at that time as to delay school later or to cancel school for the day. More information will be posted as it is made available.
