Clarkdale overcame an 11-point deficit in the fourth quarter on Monday to edge visiting Enterprise 75-72.
The comeback came after Clarkdale blew a 10-point lead of its own, which it built late in the first quarter.
Quinton Walker, who finished with 16 points, dropped in a layup with less than 30 seconds to go to give Clarkdale a 73-72 lead that the hosts never relinquished.
The two teams played each other basket-for-basket for most of the first quarter until Clarkdale began a 9-0 run late in the period. Shannon Henley began the run with a long two-pointer from the corner, and J.T. Godwin hit a jump shot from 12 feet to give Clarkdale a 16-11 lead.
Henley sank an off-balance layup to make the score 18-11, and then drained a three-pointer for a double-digit lead.
Enterprise stormed back in the second quarter, beginning the period with a 7-0 run. Scott Moseley, who had 16 points, capped the drive with a layup that trimmed Clarkdale's advantage to 21-20.
Enterprise tied the game twice, but late baskets by Jared Culpepper and Deion Henley helped Clarkdale build a 41-36 halftime lead.
Dennis Watson tied the game at 47 for Enterprise with a three-pointer in the third quarter, and gave his team a 49-47 lead seconds later with two free throws.
The lead became 62-51 in the fourth after a David D'Angelo jumpshot. D'Angelo's bucket capped a 15-2 run.
Clarkdale came back to life midway through the final period with an 8-0 run. Drew Edwards, one of two Clarkdale players with 16 points, hit a three that shaved Enterprise's lead to 62-59. Edwards later dropped in a layup to bring Clarkdale within one.
Henley gave Clarkdale its first lead of the fourth quarter, a 70-69 advantage, on a three-pointer with a minute and a half to go.
Edwards and Walker were two of five players who scored in double figures for Clarkdale. Deion Henley scored 14 points, Shannon Henley scored 13 and Godwin had 10.
Patrick Goodwin led Enterprise with 18 points. Maurice Dixon had 17 points.

Enterprise doubled its first-half crop of 18 points in a fast-paced third quarter on its way to a 49-34 win over Clarkdale.
Kaccy Jimmerson of Enterprise led all players with 24 points. Leslie Speed added 11 points for Enterprise, now 6-6.
Clarkdale did not score for nearly four minutes until Felicia Kirksey drained three-pointers on consecutive possessions. Kirksey hit another three with less than 10 seconds remaining in the first quarter to end an 8-0 run by Enterprise, cutting Enterprise's lead to 10-9.
A short-range Kirksey bucket gave Clarkdale an 11-10 lead early in the second quarter. Kirksey, who scored 11 of her 13 points in the first half, was the only player to score for Clarkdale until Elizabeth Holden made a layup five minutes before halftime.
Enterprise led 18-17 at halftime.
Enterprise stretched its lead in the third quarter, reeling off seven straight points to go up 29-23. Clarkdale broke its scoring drought when Kirksey drove the lane and drew the Enterprise defense, then dished to Holden for a layup underneath the basket.
Jimmerson's jumpshot at the end of the third quarter gave Enterprise a 36-27 lead.
A running jumpshot fell for Jimmerson early in the fourth quarter to put Enterprise up by 15, and Enterprise led by as many as 18.
In a game between the two schools' girls B-teams earlier in the evening, Enterprise downed Clarkdale 16-11.
