Paternal grandparents are Charles and Doris Wilson.
Maternal grandparents are Charles and Avis Cottrill.
Mrs. Wilson is the former Peggy Cottrill.
Angela and Dustin Hill of Meridian announce the birth of a son, Gauge Duncan, on Sept. 22, 2003, at Riley Hospital.
Paternal grandparents are James Hill and Mike and Lynne Smith, all of Meridian.
Maternal grandparents are Teddy Strickland of Meridian and Lisa Jenkins of Collin, N.Y.
Mrs. Hill is the former Angela Strickland.
Cedric Phillips and Toyteshia Bourdeaux of Meridian announce the birth of a daughter, Ced'Teasia Dejonae Phillips, on Sept. 24, 2003, at Jeff Anderson Regional Medical Center.
Paternal grandparents are Jimmy and Carolyn Mason.
Maternal grandparents are Henry Brown and Carrie Bourdeaux.

Felicia Green announces the birth of a son, Ja'marius Dontrell, on Oct. 10, 2003, at Riley Hospital.
