    SADIE FRANCES WARREN

    PHILADELPHIA Services for Sadie Frances Warren were to be held today at 11 a.m. at McClain-Hays Funeral Service Chapel. Burial was to be in Mars Hill Methodist Cemetery in Neshoba County.
    Mrs. Warren, 96, of Philadelphia, died Sunday, March, 10, 2002, in Philadelphia.
    Survivors include her sons, Willie Claude Warren of House, Roy Warren of Louisville and Dudley Warren of Philadelphia; 14 grandchildren; a sister, Vera Lundy of Union; several great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
    She is preceded in death by her husband, Leslie A. Warren; and a daughter, Doris Kathleen Warren Mills.
    HAZEL GREEN STOKES

    PHILADELPHIA Services for Hazel Green Stokes will be held today at 2 p.m. at McClain-Hays Funeral Service Chapel. Burial will be in North Bend Methodist Cemetery.
    Mrs. Stokes, 86, of Raymond, died Sunday, March 10, 2002, in Clinton.
    Survivors include her husband, Marvin Stokes of Raymond; a daughter, Donna Gaelyn Stokes Holder of Clinton; a son, Ralph Stokes of Birmingham, Ala.; three sisters, Dolly Nance, Edna Hegwood and Dorothy Sue Fulton, all of Philadelphia; three grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
    She was preceded in death by her sister, Lydia Barrier; and a brother, Woodrow Green.
    NOLAN FRAZIER
    Retired from U.S. Post Office
    Services for Nolan Frazier will held today at 3 p.m. at James F. Webb Funeral Home Chapel with the Revs. Jeff Hancock and James K. Williams officiating. Burial will be in Magnolia Cemetery.
    Mr. Frazier, 89, of Meridian, died Sunday, March 10, 2002, at Jeff Anderson Regional Medical Center. He was a member of First Church of God and the American Legion.
    Survivors include his wife, Mae McDonald Frazier of Meridian; brothers, Kenneth Frazier and Delma Frazier, both of Bailey; a brother-in-law, Jay McDonald and his wife, Ruth, of Vidalia, Ga.
    He was preceded in death by his parents, David Archie and Colie Spears Frazier; and brothers, Wilson and Laverne Frazier.
    Pallbearers will be Bobby Boyette, Leslie Anderson, Leonard Eubanks, Mike Eubanks, Tony Davidson and Marvin McNail.
    EDNA N. STRICKLAND
    Services for Edna N. Strickland will be held Wednesday at 10 a.m. at James F. Webb Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Paul Raley officiating. Burial will be in Good Water Cemetery.
    Mrs. Strickland, 80, of Meridian, died Sunday, March 10, 2002, at Jeff Anderson Regional Medical Center.
    Survivors include her niece, Barbara Frey and her husband, Fred, great-nieces, Tina Frey and Ann Pierce Dufour; great-nephews, Keith Frey and Lance Pierce; a cousin, Walter Dearman; and many other special cousins.
    She was preceded in death by her husband, Jesse C. Strickland.
    Visitation will be today 5 p.m.-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
    SADIE WHEELER BOWEN EVANS

    Services for Sadie Wheeler Bowen Evans will be held Wednesday at 10 a.m. at James F. Webb Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Clifton Thornton officiating. Burial will be in Merchant's Cemetery in Raleigh at 1 p.m.
    Mrs. Evans, 86, of Newton, died Monday, March 11, 2002, at Newton Regional Hospital. She was a retired seamstress for the Newton Company. She was a Baptist and attended worship services at Bedford Nursing Center.
    Survivors include her daughter, Janice Cotten of Birmingham, Ala.; a brother, Jodie Wheeler and his wife, Dorothy, of Morton; four grandchildren, Stacy Cotten, Dawn Cotten and Cody Cotten, all of Decatur, and Tommy Way Jr. of Little Rock, Ark.; a nephew, Clark Bowen of Meridian; and several other nieces and nephews.
    She was preceded in death by her parents, Henry Thomas and Francis Hammonds Wheeler; three sisters, Ruby Phillips, May Bell Bowen and Elma Crittle; two brothers, Stennis and James Wheeler.
    Pallbearers will be Tommy Way Jr., Kevin Mayes, Gary Mayes, Clark Bowen, Robert Bowen and Donnie Ray Bowen.
    Visitation will be today 5 p.m.-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
    CARL JOHN OLANDER SR.

    Services for Carl John Olander Sr. will be held Wednesday at 10 a.m. at Poplar Springs Drive Baptist Church with the Revs. John Broadhead, Harry Tillery and Jim Truesdell officiating. Burial will be in Canton City Cemetery at 2 p.m. Barham Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
    Mr. Olander, 74, of Meridian, died Saturday, March 9, 2002, in Melbourne, Fla. He was a retired highway contractor and owner of Mid State Paving Co.
    Mr. Olander was a member of the National Asphalt Paving Association, Mississippi Asphalt Paving Association, Mississippi Road Builders Association, past member of the Choctaw Area Council of the Boy Scouts of American, past president of the Meridian Little Theatre, master mason and shriner. He was a deacon in his church and held many positions of responsibilities within the church, including training union director and Sunday school teacher for 11th grade boys for many years.
    He was a participant in the East Mississippi Business Development Corporation and a member of the board of its predecessor agency, the Partnership for Economic Development. He was very active in the Wally Byam National Caravan Club being the past president of the Mississippi Airstream Club and past member of the board of trustees of Mississippi College. He was a graduate of Mississippi College and years later was awarded the coveted Order of the Arrow from the college. He served in the Army during the Korean War and while in training he received the American Spirit of Honor Medal. He was a past director of the Pat Harrison Waterway District and served two terms.
    Survivors include his wife, Frances Tucker Olander of Meridian; a daughter, Sally O. Wilkinson and her husband, W. Gary, of Meridian; sons, Carl John "Bubba" Olander Jr. and his wife, Cindy, of Marietta, Ga., Charles Linn Olander and his wife, Laura, of Franklin, Tenn., J. Tucker Olander and his wife, Margaret; and Thomas S. Olander and his wife, Freda, all of Madison; a sister, Mary Jo Dacus and her husband, Harold, of Canton; brothers, Daniel F. Olander of Arlington, Va., and Robert B. Olander and his wife, Jewel, of Pelahatchie; and 12 grandchildren.
    He was preceded in death by his father, Dr. Carl Joseph Olander and his mother, Ruth Neelly Olander.
    The family requests memorials be made to the Kidney Association, Heart Association, Poplar Springs Drive Baptist Church Building Fund or a favorite charity.
    Pallbearers will be his nephews.
    Visitation will be today 5 p.m.-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
