Still flying high
Congressman Robert Aderholt presented flags flown over the Capitol in their honor to each team member. They also received special commemorative coins from the Space and Rocket Center.
RCS Engineering members were special guests at the U.S. Space & Rocket Center’s Space Exploration Celebration Friday.
The students gather around Homer Hickam as he signs copies of his memoir, “Rocket Boys.” They also got a chance to meet with Niki Werkheiser, of NASA, and Tim Pickens of Moon Express.
