Martha J. Wade, 78, of Russellville, passed away Thursday, Sept. 6, 2012.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 8, 2012, at Akins Funeral with Bro. Jerome Sherrill officiating. Interment will be in Cedar Tree Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be grandsons and grandsons-in-law.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Vaulter Eugene Wade; parents, Clifton and Ettie Wilson; siblings, Woodrow Wilson, J.C. Wilson, Lola Mae Turzai, Bernice Osborn, Herman Wilson, Lewis D. Wilson, Vivian Keelon, Billy J. Wilson.
She is survived by children, Pamela Nix and husband, Vic, Sherry Nix and husband, Thomas, Greg Wade and wife, Jane; sisters, Inez McCurley, Hester Keelon; grandchildren, Matthew Nix, Dustin Nix, Denay Thomas, Jared Nix, Kristen Headlee, Kyle Nix, Chelsey Wade, Elijah Wade; eight great grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
She was a loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother, and will be missed by a host of family and friends.
She was a member of Mt. Hebron Baptist Church.
