Pansy J. Burgett, 83, died Thursday, Jan. 26, 2012, at the Red Bay Hospital. She was a native of Red Bay and a homemaker. She was a member of First Baptist Church.

Funeral services will be Saturday, Jan. 28, 2012, at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel, Red Bay, with Bro. Larry Hill officiating. Burial will be in Red Bay City Cemetery.

She is survived by her husband of 65 years, R.C. Burgett, of Red Bay; one son, Ronald Burgett and wife, Judy, of Vina; one daughter, Linda Weaver and husband, Danny, of Lakeland, Tenn.; three grandchildren, Shawn Burgett, Tricia Trousdale and Lisa Greene and four great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers were Greg Burgett, Shawn Burgett, Landen Burgett, Patrick Greene, David Grimes and Heath Trousdale.
