Disaster information workshops scheduled

The Federal Emergency Management Agency and the U.S. Small Business Administration will host two Disaster Information workshops in Franklin County on Wednesday. The first workshop will be at First Baptist Church in downtown Phil Campbell from 10 a.m. until noon. The second workshop will be at the Town of Hodges Community Center from 2 p.m. until 4 p.m.

“FEMA and SBA staff will be available at these workshops to help survivors register with FEMA, answer questions about the status of disaster assistance for those who have already registered and to complete and submit SBA loan applications,” FEMA public information officer Carol Hector-Harris said. “We strongly encourage every survivor who has not registered, who has questions about their FEMA assistance and who has yet to complete the SBA loan application to attend these workshops.”
