Thank you to everyone for support of storm victims

It has been more than a week since a tornado devastated Phil Campbell and portions of eastern Franklin County, but community support has not faded.

The residents of these communities are facing months of hard work as they attempt to rebuild their lives and the generosity by everyone who has donated food and supplies is greatly appreciated.

While it is natural for support of a cause like this to slowly dwindle, the citizens of Franklin County have kept the recovery efforts in Phil Campbell at the front of their thoughts. This is part of what makes Franklin County such a special place to live.

Local businesses acting as collection points for donations are still seeing numerous people dropping off much needed-supplies.

The Franklin County Times encourages people to continue their support as devastated communities rebuild.

It will be a long road, but by working together we can make Franklin County stronger than it has ever been.
