Heart Check set

Jeff Anderson Regional Medical Center will sponsor the 8th Annual Heart Check Tuesday through Thursday from 7 a.m.n10 a.m., in the Jeff Anderson Health and Fitness Center Auditorium.
The event will feature blood pressure, cholesterol and weight screenings. The screenings are free and open to the public. To make an appointment call 553-6876. Participants are encouraged to fast approximately 10 to 12 hours prior to testing.
Refreshments will be served and heart educational literature will be available.
Last year more than 1,000 area residents participated in the screenings.
