Pruitt, Anderson

Stephanie H. and Glenn A. Pruitt of Madison announce the engagement of their daughter, Lorrin Jeane, to Ryan Scott Anderson, son of Scott and Tammie Anderson of Hays, Kan.
The wedding will be Saturday, April 24, 2004, at 1 p.m. in the Old Chapel of First Baptist Church in Jackson.
Miss Pruitt is the granddaughter of Bonnie Clearman Hodges of Laurel and the late Billy Ray Hodges, the late Lorraine Pruitt of Montgomery, Ala., and the late L.T. Pruitt of Gadsden, Ala.
The bride-elect is a graduate of Madison Central High School and is attending the University of Mississippi studying marketing communications and art.
At Ole Miss, she is a member of Alpha Omicron Pi sorority, where she has served as alumna relations chairperson. She is also a Phi Kappa Psi fraternity sweetheart for 2002-2003.
Miss Pruitt is production manager of The Daily Mississippian.
Mr. Anderson is the grandson of Jim and Diane Bartel of Heston, Kan., and Gordon and Daisy Ann Anderson of Newton, Kan.
The bridegroom-elect is a graduate of Hays High School and is attending the University of Mississippi pursuing a degree in marketing and finance.
At Ole Miss, he is a member of Phi Kappa Psi fraternity and gas served as social and philanthropy chairman and rush chairman for three years. He is a member of Alpha Kappa Psi and the Army ROTC.
Mr. Anderson is business manager of The Daily Mississippian.
A reception will be held at The University Club following the ceremony.
