David and Andrea Gosnell announce the birth of a daughter, Hope Rose, on Dec. 27, 2003, at Riley Hospital.
Paternal grandparents are Ralph and Ruby Gosnell.
Maternal grandparents are W. Dale and Evelyn Hopkins.
Mrs. Gosnell is the former Andrea Hopkins.
