Parker, Brannon

Steve and Cathy Parker of Meridian announce the engagement of their daughter, Stephanie Elizabeth, to Jason Christopher Brannon, son of the Rev. James and Sandy Brannon of Aurora, Colo.
The wedding will be Saturday, May 31, 2003, at 5:30 p.m. in Rosemary Beach, Fla.
Miss Parker is the granddaughter of Velma Parker of Meridian and the late William Parker, and Elizabeth Askew and the late Joseph Askew.
The bride-elect is a graduate of Northeast Lauderdale High School and received an associate's degree from Meridian Community College and a bachelor's degree in clinical laboratory sciences from the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson. She will graduate with a bachelor's degree in nursing from St. Louis University in May 2003.
While attending MCC, she served as vice president of Phi Theta Kappa. At UMC, she also served as vice president of her class.
Miss Parker is employed by St. Louis University Hospital.
Mr. Brannon is the grandson of the late Robert and Veatrice Brannon, and W.H. and Julia Rhodes.
The bridegroom-elect is a graduate of Meridian High School and will receive a bachelor's degree in nursing from the University of Southern Mississippi in May 2003.
He is employed by St. Louis University Hospital.
A reception will be held at the Eastern Green of Rosemary Beach following the ceremony.
