Jason and Dawn Dyess of Meridian announce the birth of a daughter, Katelyn Marie, on June 23, 2002, at University Medical Center in Jackson.
Paternal grandparents are Eulus and Becky Dyess of Meridian.
Maternal grandparents are Larry and Linda Hattell of Meridian.
Mrs. Dyess is the former Dawn Marie Hattell.
Mr. and Mrs. Robbie Whigham of Silas, Ala., announce the birth of a son, Zachary Wyatt, on July 3, 2002, at Riley Hospital.
Paternal grandparents are Ruth Howell of Marion and Mr. and Mrs. Don Whigham of Millry, Ala.
Maternal grandparents Mr. and Mrs. Troy Lindsey of Silas.
Mrs. Whigham is the former Tracy Lindsey.
