Services for Billy Hugh Robinson will be held today at 2 p.m. at East Mississippi State Hospital. Burial will be in Cedar Haven Cemetery with Stephens Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Robinson, 70, of Meridian, died Saturday, March 30, 2002, at Rush Foundation Hospital.
Visitation will be today one hour prior to the service.
ELOYSE FREEMAN
Services for Eloyse Freeman will be held Friday at 10 a.m. at Stephens Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Paul Clements officiating. Burial will be in Meridian Memorial Park Cemetery.
Mrs. Freeman, 89, of Meridian, died Sunday, March 31, 2002, at Beverly Health Care-Broadmoor.
Survivors include a sister, Louise Muse of Albuquerque, N.M.; a special niece, Edith Gealy of Winchester, Ore.; and several other nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Friday one hour prior to the service.
SALVADORE A. MARANTO
GREENVILLE Services for Salvadore A. Maranto will be held Friday at 10 a.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church. Burial will be in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens with Mortimer Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Maranto, 75, of Hot Springs, Ark., died Wednesday, April 3, 2002, in his home. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy and founder of Janitors' Supply &Paper Co. and Port City Janitors' Supply &Paper Co.
Survivors include his wife, Pat Maranto of Hot Springs; sons, Mickey Maranto and his wife, Carol, Donnie Maranto and his wife, Carol Ann, all of Greenville, Dr. Greg Maranto and his wife, Jo Beth, of Meridian and Mark Maranto and his wife, Linda, of Greenville; daughters, Melanee Adams and her husband, Ron, of Pine Bluff, Ark., Sue King and her husband, Ed, of Greenville, Mimi Hughes and her husband, David, of Greenville and Phoebe Maranto of Hot Springs; a sister, Rose Ann Turfitt of Greenville; 17 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
He was preceded in death by his first wife, Ginger Criddle Maranto; and a son, Alfred Maranto.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, St. Jude or St. Joseph Catholic Church.
Visitation will be today 6 p.m.-8 p.m. at the funeral home with prayer service at 7 p.m.

BUTLER, Ala. Services for Cecil Oliver Singley Sr. will be held Friday at 11 a.m. at Bumpers Funeral Home Chapel with the Revs. Ed Sheppard and Sonny Hoven officiating. Burial will be in Singley-Worsham Cemetery in Silas.
Mr. Singley, 82, of Cullomburg, died Tuesday, April 2, 2002, at Washington County Nursing Home in Chatom.
Survivors include three sons, Cecil O. Singley Jr. and Otho Woodard Singley of Silas and Joseph Singley of Grove Hill; daughters, Lavada Ruth Norris of Frisco City, Shirley T. Dixon, Jo Ann Copeland and Patricia Ann Singley, all of Silas, Wanda Faye Brown of Millry; 11 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Michele Norris; and his wife, Lavada Jackson Singley.
Visitation will be today 6 p.m.-9 p.m. at the funeral home.

DEKALB Services for Gertie C. Stewart will be held Friday at noon at E.E. McDonald Funeral Home with the Rev. Evan E. McDonald officiating. Burial will be in Depot Hill Street Cemetery.
Ms. Stewart, 76, of DeKalb, died Saturday, March 30, 2002, at Jeff Anderson Regional Medical Center.
Survivors include a daughter, Leonard R. Stewart of Lilburn, Ga.; two sisters, Ruthie Jones of St. Louis and Mable Welch of DeKalb; four grandsons and several other relatives, friends, nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a son.
Visitation will be today 2 .m.-7 p.m. at the funeral home.

Mr. Holliday, 42, of Meridian, died Sunday, March 31, 2002, at the University Medical Center in Jackson.
Survivors include his wife, Glory Holliday of Meridian; his parents, Leo and Rosie Holliday of DeKalb; three children, Latalya D. Bohannon of Philadelphia, Montrell Nelson and LaQuinton Holliday of Meridian; brothers, James Holliday and Willie Holliday and his wife, Hattie, all of Meridian, Lee R. Holliday of DeKalb, Leander Holliday and his wife, Deborah, of Edgewood, Md., Timothy Holliday and his wife, Dorothy, of Milwaukee; sisters, Obber "Della" Hill and her husband, Terry, and Robin Jones and her husband, W.E., all of Philadelphia, Bobbie J. Holliday, Peggy McCallum and her husband, Johnny, and Rosalyn White and her husband, Douglas, all of DeKalb; and several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be today 7:30 p.m.-8:30 p.m. at the funeral home.
