Sue Carol Bement of Owego, N.Y., and Clifford Earl Lowe Jr. of Orlando, Fla., will be united in marriage at 1 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 29, 2001, at the Cameo Wedding Chapel in Ventura, Calif.
The bride-elect is the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Harold D. Whitlock of Meridian. The bridegroom-elect is the son of Dorothy Lowe of Ventura and the late Clifford Earl Lowe Jr.
Ms. Bement is employed as an exhibits/tradeshow manager with the Lockheed Martin Corp. in Owego, N.Y. Mr. Lowe is a project manager for Lockheed Martin in Orlando.
