Second man arrested in shooting

DECATUR Newton County authorities have arrested a second man in connection with the shooting death of Charlie Brackeen.
A spokesman at the Newton County jail said Cephus Terry, 18, of 401 South Lewis Ave. in Philadelphia, was charged with murder Tuesday at about 4:30 p.m. Antonio Boyd, 22, also of Philadelphia, was arrested in the case Saturday morning. He is charged with capital murder.
Brackeen's body was found Wednesday night in his home on Highway 15, about 2 miles south of Union. Newton County Sheriff Jackie Knight said he had been shot three times in the face with a .22 caliber handgun.
