Reedtown School Roundup centennial celebration set
Doors open at 5:00 p.m., and the event starts at 6:00 p.m. Entertainment will include “King George,” “Anita Ward,” “Otis Redding,” “Unity in Praise,” “Bill Withers,” “Ike and Tina Turner Revue” and many more performances, as well as a fashion show, door prizes and a concession stand.
A donation of $5.00 for non-performers is requested. Children under six years old will be admitted free.
Earlier that day, there will be a meet and greet from 1-3:00 p.m. at the school/Back to Basics center. Saturday will feature a banquet, and Monday will include a parade starting from the Chucky Mullins Center at 1:00 p.m., followed by a celebration on the grounds of the Chucky Mullins center, under tents, including food, fun and fellowship.
