Fun, food and fireworks: Franklin County celebrates

If you’re looking for a festive way to enjoy summer, plan to have fun with family and friends this Independence Day and spend July 4 in Franklin County – in Russellville at the annual Jam on Sloss Lake and in Hodges at the town park for a community game night, including food and fireworks.

We’re feeling excited about these opportunities to come together and have fun as a community while taking in good music, good food and good company. We hope you’ll check out the details on the front page of this week’s paper and start making plans to get out and enjoy the day!
