Belgreen back-to-back no-hits Vina

Belgreen’s Jackson Galliano, Canaan Stough and Brodie Vandiver combined to throw two straight no-hitters against the Vina Red Devils this past week on the same day.

Galliano threw a solo no-hitter and struck out 12 in game one, beating the Red Devils 15-0.

Belgreen scored two runs in the first, two in the second, four in the sixth and five in the fifth.

Caige Smith had two hits, including a double and two RBIs and scored two runs.

Vandiver and Landon Cox had two hits each.

Will King scored three runs. Carson Cox, Landon Cox and Vandiver scored two runs each.

In game two, Stough and Vandiver combined for the no-hitter in a 7-3 win over Vina.

Stough went four innings and struck out seven. Vandiver finished the last three innings of the game, striking out five.

Carson Cox had three hits, including a double, and six RBIs.

Belgreen improved to 10-3 on the year.
