NW-SCC announces fall 2020 president’s, dean’s list honorees

Northwest-Shoals Community College has announced its president’s and dean’s lists for the 2020 fall semester. Among the honorees are a number for Franklin County.

Requirements for the president’s list are a semester grade point average of 4.0 and completion of a minimum semester course load of 12 semester credit hours of college-level work. Earning president’s honors from Franklin County are:

  • From Phil Campbell: Anna Benford, Cody Cotham, Lexi Crittenden, Karlee Faust, Ethan Hall and Angelia Mims
  • From Red Bay: Hunter Bays and Emma Russell
  • From Russellville: John Argueta, James Bolton, Christina Chavez, Jennifer Corona, Diana Delgado Hernandez, Jacob Fleming, Stephanie Garcia, Lisette Gonzalez, Mila Hall, Jessica Iskrzycki, Alexis Lambert, Jasmine Martin, Carley McCalpin, Katelyn Miller, Yaslin Perez, Regan Roberts, Justin Vincent and Paul-Daniel Wilbanks
  • From Spruce Pine: Maggie Fowler, Christopher Gonzalez, Johnathan Gonzalez, Meg Sornberger and Seth Taylor
  • From Vina: Colton Corum

Requirements for the dean’s list are a semester grade point average of 3.5 or above but below a 4.0 and completion of a minimum semester course load of 12 semester credit hours of college-level work. Earning dean’s list honors from Franklin County are:

  • From Phil Campbell: Samuel Carreto, Makenzie Galloway, Sheyenne Gray, Jami Palmer, Katelee Smith and Mary Sutherland
  • From Red Bay: Destiny Deaton, Glenan Humphres and Joseph Romero Lugo
  • From Russellville: Ellie Akers, Samuel Bahena, Christian Balbuena, Anna Bond, McKinley Copeland, Austin Gibson, Colby Harbin, Tanner James, Erica Mateo Lopez, Samuel Matias Francisco, Jacob Milender, Micah Noles, Zayra Perez Cuenca, Christian Rodriguez, William Rogers, Kevin Shaw, Kaylee Smith, Elizabeth Stevenson and Britton Warren
