Claudia Patterson Farley

The funeral service Mrs. Claudia Patterson Farley, age 93 of Clay County, will be held Sept. 17 at 2 p.m. at Benefield Funeral Home in Ashland with Steve Powell officiating. Burial will follow in the Mineral Springs Methodist Church Cemetery.

Mrs. Farley passed away Sept. 14 at the Clay County Hospital. She was a native of Clay County and a graduate of Lineville High School – Class of 1941. Mrs. Farley had lived in Russellville for most of her life and worked as a receptionist at the Russellville Clinic. She was also a homemaker and member of the Campbell Springs Church of Christ.

Mrs. Farley is survived by numerous nieces and nephews from across the country.

She was preceded in death by her parents: John Patterson and Lillian Lucinda McClellan Patterson; her husband, Grady Mack Farley; six sisters and six brothers.

Pallbearers will be Jimmy Patterson, Andrew Patterson, Mack Patterson, Van Goodgame, Stacy Green and Mike Lloyd.

The family will receive friends September 17 from 1 p.m. until service time at 2 p.m. at Benefield Funeral Home in Ashland. Send online condolences to benefieldfuneralhome.com.
