BHS’ Adam Green signs with Alabama Coastal CC

Belgreen’s Adam Green will continue his basketball career at Alabama Coastal Community College.

Green signed with the school last week. The Bulldog shot 45 percent from the field and was 32 percent three-point shooter. He grabbed 88 rebounds, 44 assists, 40 steals and 39 deflections.

“Adam was a great player for us,” said Belgreen coach Clint Isbell. “He brought a lot of speed and athleticism. Our team was built around quick athletic guys and fit that perfectly.”

For a Belgreen team that could pile up points in a hurry, Green played a major role.

“He was probably the most explosive player on the court,” Isbell said. “That helped open up a lot of things for us as a team. Adam played a major role in our success, and I wish him the best in his college career.”
