Raymond H. James

Raymond Hollis James, 89, of Russellville, passed away Aug. 29 at his residence.

Mr. James was a native of Franklin County. He was the owner of James’ Pool Room on Franklin Street in Russellville for 40 years.

The funeral service will be Sept. 2 at 1 p.m. at Pinkard Funeral Home, Russellville, with burial in Franklin Memory Gardens. Officiating will be Tommy James. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Sept. 1 from 5-8 p.m.

Survivors include children, Raymond Hollis James Jr. and William Bradley James; sister, Louise Wade; five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Emmett and Lula James.
