Melissa Ann Bolton

Melissa Ann Bolton, 46, passed away Saturday, Dec. 19, 2015 at ECM Hospital. She was born in Red Bay to Phillip and Peggy Slayton Boyd. She worked for Tiffin Motor Homes in the Planning and Bill of Material department. She was a member of Golden Central Baptist Church.

Services will be Tuesday, Dec. 22, 3 p.m. at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel, Red Bay, with Haskell Sparks and Bro. Mike Neighbors officiating. Burial will be in Pleasant Site Cemetery, Red Bay.

Survivors include her husband of 24 years, Kevin Bolton of Red Bay; her daughter, Kaitlin Bolton of Red Bay; her mother, Peggy Johnson and husband, John of Belmont; step-brother, Dwayne Johnson and wife, Amy of Belmont; step-sister, Deanna Comer and husband, Jerry of Statonville, Tenn.; father and mother-in-law, Aulsie and Sherry Bolton; two sisters-in-law, Margaret George and husband, Michael and Bethani Green and husband, Steve; special friends, Myra, Anthony and Kacie Timbs and several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her father, Phillip Boyd.

Pallbearers will be Tim Boyd, Anthony Timbs, Michael George, Dwayne Palmer, Nolan Bailey and Ryan Bird. Honorary pallbearers will be Dwayne Johnson, Mike Neighbors and Garrett Kelly.

Visitation will be Monday, Dec. 21, 6-9 p.m. at Deaton Funeral Home, Red Bay.
