Letter to the editor: Thanks to tractor show sponsors

Dear editor,

On behalf of Russellville City Schools CTE and the Russellville High School FFA Chapter, I would like to say thank you to the following sponsors and supporters of the 8th Annual Antique Tractor Show held in conjunction with the Watermelon Festival: Franklin County Chamber of Commerce, City of Russellville, Big Star, Lewis Electric, Farmers Warehouse, Hester Printing, Fastenal, Green’s Dependable True Value, Fred’s, Franklin County Cattleman’s Association, Alabama Gun & Pawn, CB&S Bank, Kiel Equipment, Dependable Sporting Goods, Franklin County Co-op, and the Alabama Chapter of the IHC.
I would like to especially give a big thank-you to O’Reilly Auto Parts for providing a “goodie bag” for each exhibitor. We had on display approximately 80 tractors from three states and several counties in Northwest Alabama.
Again, we thank you for your continued support of the local community and your interest in our antique tractor show.
