Micah Blackburn, 2 months old, Red Bay, was transported by angels to his heavenly home on Saturday, July 25, 2015 at his residence.

The visitation was Wednesday, July 29, 2015 at Halltown United Methodist Church in Red Bay.  The funeral service was Thursday, July 30, 2015 at the church. Bro. Scott Lindsey officiated.  Burial followed at Burnout Cemetery in Red Bay.

He leaves to cherish his memory, his mother, Felicia Blackburn Burfield; sister, Devany Burfield; grandparents, Kenny & Linda Blackburn, Kelly Blackburn; great-grandmother, Ruby “Dot” Honeycutt;  aunts & uncles, Amanda Cole, Heather Blackburn, Dwight Blackburn and wife, Jerri, Brenda Thorn and husband, Gene, Norris Blackburn, Charles Blackburn and wife, Patti, Leisha Inman; cousin, Brenleigh Cole and host of family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his great-grandmother, Rosa Barney Blackburn.
