Sheila Faye Lindsey Ford, 64, of Russellville, passed away Friday, July 24, 2015, at ECM Hospital.
Mrs. Ford was a lifelong resident of Franklin County, Alabama, and a member of New Life Church, Manchester, Tennessee.
She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother who will be greatly missed.
Survivors include husband, Fred C. Ford; daughter, Angela Akers Daniel and husband, Mark; step-daughter, Jessica Christy Ford; sister, Judy Kilpatrick; brother, James Ray Lindsey; grandchildren, Patrick Akers, Hannah Akers, Coby Daniel, Drew Daniel, Emma Daniel and a special bonus granddaughter, Amanda Williams; several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by parents, Will Allen and Nettie Tharp Lindsey; brother, Bobby Lindsey; and sister, Patricia Lindsey Boykin.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to Dr. Webb and the 6th West Palliative Care Team, Janice, Melody, Christina, Jessica, Rebecca, Hannah, Jennifer, Greg and Nancy.
A private graveside service will be held at a later date.
