Kandi Jo Padgett, 42, of Decatur, passed away Friday, May 22, 2015 at Decatur Morgan Hospital in Decatur.

Visitation will be Thursday, May 28, 2015 from 6-8 p.m. at Lawrence Funeral Home., Moulton. The funeral service will be held Friday, May 29 at 2 p.m. in the Lawrence Funeral Home Chapel, Moulton. Burial will be in Young Town Cemetery.

She was survived by her husband, Shawn Padgett of Moulton, son, Zachary Padgett of Moulton, son Cade Padgett of Moulton, daughter, Mackenzie Padgett of Moulton, father, Granville Lee Cagle and wife, Faye, of Athens, sister Cyndi Smith and husband Gary, of Russellville, sister Sandra Mckie and husband, Rickie, of Chapin, SC.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Dorothy Nell Blankenship Cagle.

Kandi was a member of Owen Chapel Baptist Church.
