Sheila Diane Matthews Chadwick

Sheila Diane Matthews Chadwick, 67, of Phil Campbell, passed away Friday, May 8, 2015, at Russellville Hospital.

Ms. Chadwick was a lifelong resident of Franklin County. She was a homemaker and attended the Baptist Church.

A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, May 12, 2015, at 11:00 A.M., at Spruce Pine Cemetery.

Survivors include children, David A. Chadwick, Lisa M. Kimbrough, and Shawn M. Chadwick; sister, Patricia Ann Jones; brother, David Keith Matthews; grandchildren, Jonathan Blake Kimbrough, David Warren Chadwick, Thomas Andrew Markham and Mary Kay Chadwick; several nieces and nephews.
