Rickey Lee Presley, age 51, Phil Campbell, passed away on Tuesday, April 28, 2015 at Russellville Hospital.

Rickey was a devoted Alabama fan and loved being outdoors.  He was a wonderful husband, a loving dad, and a friend to all who knew him.

The visitation was Thursday, April 30, 2015 at Spry Memorial Chapel.   The funeral was Friday, May 1, 2015 at Spruce Pine Baptist Church, with the body laying in state one-hour prior the service.   Officiating at the service was Bro. Jim Poss. Burial was at Spruce Pine Cemetery.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Marilyn Turner Presley; father, Leroy Presley; grandparents, special aunt, Carolyn Pounders; other aunts and uncles.

He is survived by his wife of 7 years, Angelia Denise Presley; daughter, Heather Presley; step-sons, Marcus Brazell, Austin Brazell; brothers, Jeff Presley, Ernest Presley and wife, Rhonda; niece, Kelley Presley; several aunts and uncles; and a host of friends.

The pallbearers were Kelly Cornelison, Thomas Skidmore, Jay Harper, Mike Presley, Brandon Gibson, Dale Pounders, Jeremy Brazell, and Jake Presley.  The honorary pallbearers will be Coty Farmer, Sammy Joe Presley, and other cousins.

The family wants to say a special thanks to Dr. Morrow and staff of Phil Campbell Medical Center, Dr. Smith, the nurses of Russellville Hospital ICU, Spruce Pine Baptist Church, family, and friends, for all the care and thoughtfulness shown to our family.
