Thomas Edward McMahan, age 63, of Phil Campbell, passed away at his residence on Thursday, April 23, 2015.

The visitation was Sunday, April 26, 2015 at Spry Memorial Chapel, with the service following in the chapel.   Officiating was Bro. Andy Cansler.   Burial was at New Friendship Cemetery.

He was predeceased by his parents, Paul Edward and Alice Lefay McMahan; and grandparents, Lester and Mary McMahan, Tom and Beatrice Rippie.

He leaves to cherish his memory, his brothers, Lester McMahan, Neal McMahan and wife, Ann, Joe McMahan, Ernest “Peanut” McMahan and wife, Valerie; two nieces and four nephews.

The pallbearers were Theodore McMahan, Jacob McMahan, Wilson Thorn, and Tony Welch.

The family would like to extend a special thanks to Valerie McMahan for the care she gave our brother during his sickness.
