Nellie Irene Maxcy Jackson, 89, of Red Bay, Ala., passed away Thursday, March 26, 2015 at her residence in Spanish Fort, Ala. She was born in Bounds Crossroads, Miss. and was a cafeteria worker. She attended Collegeview Church of Christ, Florence, Ala.

Graveside services was Monday, March 30, at Belmont City Cemetery, Belmont, Miss. with Bro. Jackie Gray officiating. Burial was in Belmont City Cemetery, Belmont, Miss.

Survivors are one son, Julian Mark Jackson, Spanish Fort, Ala. and one grandson, Robert Mark Jackson.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Julian Thomas Jackson, her parents, Atlee Severe Maxcy and Mary Rozella Lee Maxcy, five brothers, Troy Sylvan Maxcy, Echord Wilburn Maxcy, Abra Byron Maxcy, Atlee Leon Maxcy and Azel Glen Maxcy and two sisters, Annie Rozeeka Burton and Wilma Lee Fields.

Pallbearers will be Mark Jackson, Gary Maxcy and David Franks.
