Leonard William “L.W.” Oliver, age 92, Phil Campbell, passed away on Monday, Feb. 2, 2015 at Russellville Health Care.
Mr. Oliver was a bus driver for many years, as well as a famer in Franklin County.
The visitation was Wednesday, Feb. 4, 2015 at Spry Memorial Chapel, with the funeral following in the chapel. Officiating at the service was Rev. Jessie Burcham and Rev. John Andrews. Burial was at Liberty Hill Cemetery, Phil Campbell.
He was predeceased by his parents, Sam and Leona (Rollins) Oliver; sisters, Carrie Rea, Eva Lawler; and brothers, Jessie Oliver, and Lester Oliver.
He is survived by several nieces and nephews.
The pallbearers were Kody Andrews, Frank Hoehn, Daniel Overton, Charles Overton, Tyler Burcham, and Rev. William Burcham.
The family would like to extend a special thanks to the staff of Russellville Healthcare for their heartfelt love and care for Mr. Oliver.
