Steven Dwight Saint, 43, of Russellville, passed away Sunday, Dec. 28, 2014, at UAB Hospital.

Mr. Saint was a lifetime resident of FranklinCounty and a member of the church of Christ. He was employed as a pipefitter welder and was a member of Local 760 UA, NRA, American Quarter Horse Association and a supporter of St. Jude’s.

The funeral service will be Tuesday, December 30, 2014, at 1:00 p.m., at Pinkard Funeral Home Chapel, Russellville, with Bro. Billy Buttrey officiating. Burial will be in Friendship Baptist Church Cemetery, Russellville. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday, from 11:00 a.m. until service time.

Survivors include wife, Janet Saint; son, Blain Lee Saint; step-daughter, Kristen Kimbrough; parents, Larry and Evelyn Saint; mother-in-law, Dean Smothers; grandmother, Lois Everett Posey; sister and brother, Stacie Saint Beavers and husband,  Mark, and Shawn Saint; grandchildren, Maddie Grace Parker, J.W. Williams and Brynlee Williams; several nieces and nephews; numerous friends and union brothers.

He was preceded in death by grandparents, Shorty Saint, Estell Thornton, and Wilson Everett; step-father-in-law, William Wayne Smothers; step-grandfather, Alex Thornton.
