Richard Hugh Murphy, 55, of Russellville, passed away Friday, Dec. 5, 2014.

Mr. Murphy was a lifetime resident of FranklinCounty and was a member of PineChapelChurch.

The funeral service was Sunday, Dec. 7, 2014, at Pinkard Funeral Home Chapel, Russellville, with burial in KimbroughCemetery.  Officiating was Curtis Taylor.

Survivors include father, Willard Murphy, Russellville; daughter, Melissa Murphy, Fife Lake, Michigan; brothers, Wayne Murphy, Russellville, Bryce Murphy and wife, Sue, Lexington, and Jim Murphy and wife, Jan, Florence; several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Dorothy June Murphy; son, Brian Richard Murphy; and nephew, Derek Wayne Murphy.
