Jack Harvey Landers, Jr., 60, Russellville, passed away on Friday, Oct. 17, 2014 surrounded by his family.

Jack served his country with pride in the U.S. Air Force.  He was a retired train engineer with Norfolk Southern.

The visitation was Sunday, Oct. 19, 2014 at Spry Memorial Chapel.  The funeral followed in the chapel with military honors. Officiating was Bro. James McCullar.  Burial was at FranklinMemoryGardens.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Frances McCain Landers; and mother, Frieda Landers.

He leaves to cherish his memory, his children, Matt Harvey Landers, Amanda Lier and husband, Zack, Jack Landers, III and wife, Cheryl, Elizabeth MacInnis  and husband, Jeremy; grandchildren, Jackie Landers, John Thomas Landers, Christian MacInnis, Lauren MacInnis, Ryland Lier; father, Jack Landers, Sr. and wife, Doris; brother, Ray Landers; sister, Kay Landers Barnett; and several nieces and nephews.

The pallbearers were Jim Ellison, Steve Anderson, Tim Wagnon, Damion Caperton, Jeff Mayfield, and Ty Thompson.
