Lennie B. Freeman age 93, Biloxi Miss., formally of Russellville, died on June 16, 2014. She was born Jan. 27, 1921 in Franklin County.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Willie Mae Bevis; Children, Welton Freeman, James Freeman, Marline Cannon, Johnny Freeman, Oscar Freeman, and Clyde Freeman, Floyd Freeman and Raymond Freeman; Siblings, Thelma Risner, Toy Littrell, Kuct Cantrell, Robert Bevis Jr. , Louise Conner, Margie Bevis and Bernice Sutherland.

She is survived by her children Alford Freeman, Shirley Wilson, and Carl Freeman; a sister Barbara Jackson; and 29 Grandchildren and a host of great and great great grandchildren.

The graveside services were held on Saturday, June 21, 2014, in the Knights of Pythias Cemetery. There was a visitation Saturday, June 21, 2014 at Akins Funeral Home.
