County track sectional results

The section track meets were held last week.
Teams and individuals that finished in the top four at sectionals have a chance to advance to the state track meets this week.
Below are the individuals and teams that finished with a chance to advance.
Red Bay – Savannah Shaw finished 3rd in the girls 1600 meter run; Reed Holt finished 2nd in the 100 meter dash and 3rd in the 200 meter dash; Ricky Esparza finished 3rd in the Javelin and 2nd in the Shot Put; Austin Belue finished 3rd in the Shot Put.
Tharptown – Brooke Daniel finished 4th in the girls High Jump; The boy’s 4×800 meter relay team finished 2nd.
Vina – Emily Renfroe finished 4th in the 1600 meter run; Elizabeth Baty finished 4th in the 3200 meter run; Skyler Smith finished in 2nd in the Long Jump; Morgan Humphres finished 2nd in the Triple Jump; the girls 4×800 meter relay team finished 3rd.
