James Eldon Kimbrough, 84, Russellville, passed away Monday, May 6, 2013, at Helen Keller Hospital.

He was a member of the Baptist Church.

The visitation will be 6 – 8 p.m. Wednesday, May 8, 2013, at Spry Memorial Chapel.  The funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Thursday, May 9, 2013, at Spry Memorial Chapel.  Officiating at the service will be Bro. Andy Cansler. Burial will be in Franklin Memory Gardens.

He is survived by his daughter, Janette Bragwell and husband, Royce; sons, John Kimbrough and wife, Kathy, Timmy Kimbrough and wife, Amanda; grandchildren, Michelle Freeman, Suzanna Haggermaker, Paige Kimbrough, Lisa Kimbrough Hill and husband, Gene, Brooke Kimbrough, Nicole Kimbrough, Josie Kimbrough, Brian Kimbrough and wife, Keesha, Amy Kimbrough, Tiffiney Kimbrough; seven great-grandchildren, Heath Freeman, Hannah Hogan, Destinee Bragwell, Kirstin Haggermaker, Madison Kimbrough, Brooklyn Kimbrough, Brayden Kimbrough; and a host of nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his wife of 60 years, Vivian Louise Winstead Kimbrough; two grandchildren, Heather Bragwell and Timmy Kimbrough, Jr.; parents, Dallas and Hollie Harris Kimbrough; brothers, Raymond Kimbrough, Ellis Kimbrough, Hershell Kimbrough; sisters, Lenny, Lucille, Margie, and Mae Drue.
