Naomi Freeman Hargett, 82, Russellville, passed away Monday, March 19, 2012, at Cypress Cove Care and Rehab Center.

Funeral services were Thursday, March 22, 2012, at Mt. Home Presbyterian Church with Bro. Andy Cansler and Bro. Robert Winter officiating. Burial was in Mt. Home Cemetery.

She was preceded in death by her husband, James A. Hargett; parents, Joe Buron and Mertie Freeman; brothers, James Henry Freeman, Junior Freeman, William “Buddy” Freeman, Joe Ead Freeman and Charles Freeman.

She is survived by sons, Dwight Hargett and wife, Joan, Randy Hargett and wife, Rita, and Ricky Hargett, all of Russellville; Steve Hargett and wife, Kay, of Littleville; grandchildren, Brent Hargett, of Montgomery), Kelli Hargett, of Hoover, Christopher Hargett, Bethany Hargett, of Littleville, Tyler Hargett, of Russellville; sisters, Billie Sue Chriss, Mary Machamer, Dorothy Adams, Barbara Regallis; and a host of nieces and nephews.

The pallbearers were grandsons and friends.

The family would like to extend a special thanks to the staff of Cypress Cove Care and Rehab and also to Amedysis Hospice for the love and care shown our family.
