Eva Louise Brown, 77, of Vina, Ala., died Monday, October 24, 2011 at her residence.  She was born October 4, 1934 in Alabama and was a homemaker.  She was a member of New Union Missionary Baptist Church where she was a Sunday school teacher and member of the Ladies Auxiliary.
Funeral services were held Thursday, October 27, 2011 at New Union Missionary Baptist Church, Red Bay, Ala. with Bro. Greg Philamlee officiating.  Burial was in Halltown Cemetery, Vina, Ala.  Deaton Funeral Home, Red Bay, Ala. assisted the family.
She is survived by one son, William Brown and wife, Jacqueline, of Red Bay, Ala.; one brother, John Horace Fowler and wife, Tommie Jean, of Halltown, Ala.; one sister, Margaret Magdeline Dees and husband, W.B., of Halltown, Ala.; one brother-in-law, Corbett Brown and wife, Linda, of Illinois; two sisters-in-law, Jackie Fowler, of Hamilton, Ala. and Jo Ann Fowler, of Ft. Worth, Texas; and two grandchildren, Kyle Brown and Austin Brown, both of Red Bay, Ala.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Fred Brown; an infant son, Freddie Dewayne Brown; grandson, Cody Brown; her parents, John Fowler and Nannie Holcomb Fowler; three brothers, O’Neal, J.C. and Elmer Fowler; and sister-in-law, Clara Fowler.
