Nellie Jo Mayhall, 84, of Haleyville, Ala. passed away Thursday, Dec. 23, 2010 at Lakeland Community Hospital.  She was a member of Maxwell Chapel Methodist Church.

Funeral services were held Monday, Dec. 27, 2010 at Pinkard Funeral Home in Haleyville with Jerry Albright officiating.  Burial was in Winston Memorial Cemetery.

Pallbearers were Mike Stroisch, Harold Frederick, Tim Goar, Mike Boyles, Wade Pendergrass and Caleb Mayhall.

She is survived by children, Samuel Maxwell Mayhall and wife, Charlott, Jo Ellen Parker and husband, Roger, and Millard Sandlin Mayhall and wife, Sheila; grandchildren, Sharie Ann Ray, Caleb Will Mayhall, Tonya Cavnar, Tim Robertson and Lindsey Phelps; great-grandchildren, Sarah Katherine Ray, Adyson Robertson, Walker Cavnar and Davis Cavnar; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Paul and Linda Mayhall; sister-in-law, Nancy Mayhall Owens.

She was preceded in death by parents, Augustus Helton Maxwell and Willie Merle Maxwell; husband, Millard Mayhall; and sister Winna Faye Maxwell.
