Patricia Ann Creekmore Logan, 64, passed away on Sunday, Dec. 12, 2010 at UAB Hospital.

The graveside service will be Wednesday, Dec. 15, 2010 at 2 p.m. at Knights of Pythias Cemetery in Russellville.  Bro. James McCullar will speak at the service.  Spry Memorial Chapel assisted the family.

She is survived by her son, Jeffrey Scott Logan.
