Elton Borden
Elton Borden, 59, of Russellville, passed away on Tuesday, Dec. 7, 2010.
The body will be placed in the Russellville Church of God at 10 a.m. on Thursday, Dec. 9, 2010. The funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Friday, Dec. 10, 2010 at the church with Bro. Paul Mishue officiating. The interment will be at Aycock Cemetery.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Rufus Gaines Borden and Mary Frances Borden; three brothers and three sisters.
He is survived by his wife, Gertrude Borden; daughters, Merolyn Borden, Amanda Reed and husband Joseph; sons, Charles Borden, Jerramie Borden and wife, Carrie , Scotty Borden; seven sisters; two brothers; grandchildren, Courtney Borden, Olivia Borden, Austin Borden, Dameon Pounders, Brittney Pounders, Tyler Borden, Shyanne Borden and Madison Pruitt; several nieces and nephews.
