Jimmie Morgan

Jimmie Max Morgan, 76, of Hackleburg, died Sunday, June 6, 2010 at ECM Hospital.

Funeral services were held June 8, 2010 at First Baptist Church of Hackleburg with Rev. Steve Lawrence officiating. Burial was in the Cedar Tree Cemetery.

Pallbearers for the service included  Dustin Whitfield, Hogan Whitfield, Kyle Hicks, Dennis Whiteley, Mike Avery, and Trent Gunnin.

He is survived by his wife, Dorothy Raper Morgan; children,  Angie Morgan Anglin and husband, Ronnie, Shelia Morgan Whitefield and husband, Dennis, Joey Max Morgan and wife, Rita; sister, May Nell Avery and husband, Lowell; six grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; a host of nieces and nephew.

He was a member of First Baptist Church of Hackleburg.

The family extends their appreciation to ECM CCU nurses and staff, and sixth floor Palliative Care staff.
