Marcelle Smith Morrow

Marcelle Smith Morrow, 85, Russellville passed away on Friday, May 28, 2010 at her residence.

The visitation will be 6:00 – 9:00 p.m. Saturday, May 29, 2010 at Spry Memorial Chapel.  The funeral will be at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, May 30, 2010 at Spry Memorial Chapel.  Officiating will be Bro. Bill Cavender, Bro. Cecil Cox, Bro.Johnny Richardson & Bro. George Hutto.  Interment will be in Franklin Memory Gardens.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Howard Morrow; parents, Arthur Lee and Ida Jane Smith; 6 brothers; 2 sisters.

She is survived by her children, Michael S. Morrow, and wife, Tatana, Wanda Hargett, and husband, Dan; grandchildren, Michael H. Morrow, and wife, Johnna, Cary Ganey, Jill Fridley, Sean Hargett, Danna Hargett, Kellyn Hargett; great-grandchildren, Jessica Morrow, Jodie Morrow, Alex Fridley; sisters, Robbie Todd, Ida Alexander; numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Rustic Youth Camp; 3012 Shady Grove Road, Russellville, Al 35653 and Shoal Kidney Foundation; P.O. Box 507, Florence, AL 35631.

Mrs. Morrow was a member of Centerview Church of Christ. She loved life and her grandchildren. She was the happiest serving the Lord.
