City hires new street superintendent

The Russellville City Council turned to a familiar face Monday night in hiring a new street superintendent.
Long time city employee Roy Price was hired to lead the department, replacing Tom Pace, who retired in October.
Price has served as the interim street superintendent since Pace's retirement.
The council also made several board appointments during the meeting, which was re-scheduled from its original meeting time on March 16.
Alan Rhudy was appointed to the industrial board, Sam Warf was appointed to the library board, Terry Bolton was appointed to the Zoning and Planning Board.
