Dahlke, Simmons

Lindsay Deanne Simmons and Robert Melvin Dahlke Jr. of Meridian were married in an oceanside ceremony on Saturday, May 22, 2004, in Orange Beach, Ala. with the Rev. Glen Henson officiating.
Parents of the couple are Donnie and Denise Simmons, and Robert and Sharon Dahlke, all of Meridian.
Grandparents of the bride are Mr. and Mrs. Glen Davidson of Bailey, Deloriese Davidson of Meridian, Hazel Simmons of Meridian and the late Millard Simmons.
Grandparents of the bridegroom are the late Mr. and Mrs. Berry Wood, and the late Mr. and Mrs. Johnnie Duett.
The bride was given in marriage by her father. She wore a white strapless gown with detailing of a band of pearls.
Kelsey Simmons of Meridian attended her sister as maid of honor. The father of the bridegroom served as best man.
A reception was held at Phoenix V following the ceremony.
Assisting at the reception were Shannon Moffett, Brenda Alawine and Betty Moffett.
After a honeymoon in Orange Beach, Ala., the couple resides in Meridian.
